Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, you will need to return the unsuitable item and start a new transaction for the other size.Insurance
If you choose our Complimentary or Personal Returns service we will insure the returned items in transit.However, if you use your own courier service, we strongly recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our head office. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Using your own Courier Service
You still need to notify us of your intent to return by filling in and submitting the returns form.
We strongly recommend that you use a reliable postal service or courier that will provide you with a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods whilst in transit. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our head office.
Be aware, should you use your own courier service to return the goods, the cost of return will not be refunded by Kerry O'Brine Womens Wear.
Return Options
There are three types of returns you can do with kerry O'Brine Womens Wear
- Complimentary Returns service( UK wide)
- Peronal Returns service (London zones 1-3)
- Your own courier - paid for by you
Time Scale for Returns
- We require notice within seven days of you receiving your delivery of your wish to return a product. See your rights under Distance Selling Regulations
- You have a further seven days in which to return the garment.
How to notify us and recieve a Returns Number
- Within the first 7 days you need to fill out the Returns Form (right-hand side of this web page) to notify us of your intent.
- Receiving your Returns Reference No.
Please fill in the returns form with the following details of the item you are returning:
- the item’s name/type
- the size
- the colour
- the reason
- select the returns service, Complimentary, Personal, Own courier
- acknowledge you have read and agreed to our returns policy
- On receipt of your form we will email you with a Returns Authorisation Number and pick up options.
Completing the Returns Process
- On the Returns Note (found in your pack) please enter your Returns Number in the boxes provided and place it in the garment's box, along with the returning item.
- Please be aware that your returned garment must be properly and securely packed. Failure to do so will result in refusal by the courier to take it.
- If you choose our complimentary courier service, please place the Returns Address Label onto the front of the package.
Please be Aware
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original, unused and saleable condition which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of a customer not making all reasonable efforts to allow our postal service or courier delivery service to deliver in accordance with their and our terms and conditions. This condition also includes to items returned outside our specified time limit.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Refunds
You will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
